It can be used as an update and replacement product for low voltage switchgear assemblies. XL-21 AC low voltage power distribution cabinet complies with IEC439 ‘Low-voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment’, GB7251 ‘Low-voltage Switchgear Equipment’ and other standards.

Product Structure

XL-21 AC low voltage power distribution cabinet is an enclosed box-type structure made of bent steel plate. The knife switch operation handle is installed on the upper right column of the box front, which can be used as a power switching device. A voltmeter is installed on the front of the distribution box, indicating the voltage of the busbar. The distribution box has a door on the front. When the door is opened, all equipment inside the distribution box is exposed, facilitating maintenance and inspection. This distribution box adopts domestic self-designed components with compact structure, convenient maintenance, and flexible circuit schemes. The distribution box is equipped with air circuit breakers and fuses as short circuit protection, and also equipped with contactors and thermal relays. Operation buttons and indicator lights can be installed on the distribution box door.

Normal Operating Environment
- The ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40°C and not be lower than -5°C. The average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed +35°C.
- For indoor installation and use, the altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.
- The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40°C, and higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (e.g., 90% at +20°C). The influence of possible condensation due to temperature changes should be taken into account.
- The inclination of the equipment during installation shall not exceed 5° from the vertical plane.
- The equipment should be installed in places without severe vibration and shock, and where electrical components will not be subject to corrosion.
- Users shall negotiate with the manufacturer for special requirements when they have them.
