The PLC control cabinet uses the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) as the control core, consisting of CPU module, I/O modules, communication modules, power supply module, HMI, electrical control components and cabinet. The PLC collects on/off and analog signals from buttons, sensors and limit switches through input modules, performs logic operations, timing and counting according to user-written control programs, and then drives contactors, relays, solenoid valves and VFDs through output modules to achieve automatic control of the production process. The cabinet features standardized wiring, separation of high and low voltage, and complete protection and indication components to ensure long-term stable system operation.

  • PLC Host: The core of the control system, responsible for program storage, logic operations, data processing and communication scheduling. CPU modules of different performance levels can be selected according to requirements.
