GCS type AC low voltage withdrawable complete switchgear is widely used in power plants, metallurgical steel rolling, petrochemical, light industry and textile, port terminals, hotels and other places as AC three-phase four-wire or five-wire system, voltage 380V, 660V, frequency 50Hz, rated current 5000A and below for power distribution and motor centralized control in power supply systems. GCS drawers have passed comprehensive type tests and obtained CCC certification, and are assembled high-level low-voltage switchgear. The design complies with the following standards: National Standard GB7251.1-2005 ‘Low Voltage Complete Switchgear Equipment’, International Standard IEC60439.1-1992 ‘Low Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment’

Product Structure

GCS AC low voltage drawer cabinet complete switchgear is a standard distribution device widely used in industrial and civil power distribution systems. Its structural characteristics play a key role in design and use, ensuring safety, reliability, and convenience of operation.
- Standard Drawer Structure: GCS cabinet adopts standardized drawer structure, convenient for installation, replacement, maintenance and expansion.
- Functional Modularity: Each drawer (such as incoming line, outgoing line, metering, protection, etc.) acts as an independent module, can be flexibly combined according to actual needs.
- Strong Scalability: Can flexibly increase or decrease the number of drawers according to power system requirements, adapting to different load capacities.
- Strong Interchangeability: Drawers of the same specification can be interchanged in different cabinets, reducing spare parts inventory and improving equipment universality.
I. Cabinet Frame
The cabinet frame is assembled from C-shaped steel, and cabinet frame parts and special matching parts are supplied by our company, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the cabinet frame.
- Forming dimensions of parts, hole opening dimensions, equipment compartments implement modularization (modulus E=20mm, same below).
- Internal structural components adopt galvanizing treatment.
- The cabinet top cover is detachable, and the four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and transportation.
- The cabinet frame is divided into three mutually isolated zones: busbar room, function unit room, cable room, which can prevent accident spread.
II. Function Units (Drawer Parts)
- Drawer unit height modulus is 200mm, divided into five size series: 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 1.5 unit, 2 unit, 3 unit. Unit circuit rated current is 630A and below.
- Each MCC cabinet can install at most 9 drawers of 1 unit or 18 drawers of 1/2 unit.
- The operation mechanism is mechanically interlocked with the drawer. The main switch cannot be withdrawn when in the closed position.
- The operation mechanism of the drawer can be locked with a padlock in the closed or open position, enabling safe maintenance of electrical equipment.
- The back of the function unit has main circuit incoming and outgoing plugs, auxiliary circuit secondary plugs.
- The function unit compartment is separated by metal partition plates.
- The drawer unit adopts rotary advancing mechanism with three-position function, simple and reliable operation.
- GCS drawer advancing mechanism adopts spiral trajectory along positioning parts movement method, realizing function unit advancing and withdrawing, achieving three-position display and mechanical interlocking during function unit advancing and withdrawing process, and is equipped with micro-motion switch, electrical interlocking can be performed during test position.

Normal Operating Environment
- The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +40°C, not lower than -5°C, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than +35°C;
- Relative temperature shall not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40°C, and higher relative temperature is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20°C;
- Air is clean, without corrosive and explosive gases, without conductive and insulation-damaging dust;
- No significant shaking and impact vibration occasions, vertical installation, inclination should not be greater than 5 degrees;
- Altitude height shall not exceed 2000m;
- The switchgear is suitable for the following temperature transportation and storage: -25°C to +55°C, not exceeding +70°C within a short time (not exceeding 24 hours);
- For the above conditions that cannot be met, users shall negotiate with the manufacturer.
