Product Overview

GCK type low voltage withdrawable complete switchgear is widely used in power plants, metallurgical steel rolling, petrochemical, light industry and textile, port terminals, hotels and other places as AC three-phase four-wire or five-wire system, voltage 380V, 660V, frequency 50Hz, rated current 5000A and below for power distribution and motor centralized control in power supply systems. GCK drawers have passed comprehensive type tests and obtained CCC certification, and are assembled high-level low-voltage switchgear.

GCK low voltage drawer cabinet complete switchgear is a standard power distribution device widely used in industrial and civil power distribution systems. Its structural characteristics play a key role in design and use, ensuring safety, reliability and operational convenience.

  • Standard Drawer Structure: GCK cabinet adopts standardized drawer-type structure, convenient for installation, replacement, maintenance and expansion.
  • Functional Modularization: Each drawer (such as incoming line, outgoing line, metering, protection, etc.) serves as an independent module, which can be flexibly combined according to actual needs.
  • Strong Scalability: Can flexibly increase or decrease the number of drawers according to power system requirements, adapting to different load capacities.
  • Strong Interchangeability: Drawers of the same specification can be interchanged in different cabinets, reducing spare parts inventory and improving equipment versatility.

1. Cabinet Frame

The cabinet frame is assembled with C-shaped profiles. Cabinet frame parts and special matching parts are supplied by our company to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet.

  1. The forming dimensions, opening dimensions and equipment intervals of parts are modularized (module E=20mm, the same below).
  2. Internal structural parts are galvanized.
  3. The cabinet top cover is removable, and four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and transportation.
  4. The cabinet frame is divided into three mutually isolated compartments: busbar room, functional unit room and cable room, which can prevent accident diffusion.

2. Functional Units (Drawer Part)

  1. The height module of drawer unit is 200mm, which is divided into five size series: 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 1.5 unit, 2 unit and 3 unit. The rated current of unit circuit is 630A and below.
  2. Each MCC cabinet can install up to 9 1-unit drawers or 18 1/2-unit drawers.
  3. The operating mechanism is mechanically interlocked with the drawer. The drawer cannot be pulled out when the main switch is in the closing position.
  4. The operating mechanism of the drawer can be locked in the closing or opening position with a padlock, which allows safe maintenance of electrical equipment.
  5. The back of the functional unit has main circuit inlet and outlet plugs, and auxiliary circuit secondary plugs.
  6. Functional unit compartments are separated by metal partitions.
  7. The drawer unit adopts a rotary propulsion mechanism with three-position function, which is simple and reliable to operate.
  8. The GCK drawer propulsion mechanism adopts a spiral trajectory moving along the positioning part to realize the propulsion and extraction of the functional unit. During the propulsion and extraction of the functional unit, it realizes three-position display and mechanical interlocking, and is equipped with micro switches, which can perform electrical interlocking in the test position.

Normal Service Environment

  1. The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃, and the average temperature shall not be higher than +35℃ within 24 hours;
  2. The relative humidity shall not exceed 50% at the maximum temperature of +40℃, and higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20℃;
  3. Clean air, no corrosive and explosive gases, no conductive dust that can damage insulation;
  4. Places without significant shaking and impact vibration, installed vertically, with an inclination not greater than 5 degrees;
  5. Altitude not exceeding 2000 meters;
  6. The switchgear is suitable for transportation and storage at the following temperatures: -25℃ to +55℃, and not exceeding +70℃ for a short time (not more than 24 hours);
  7. If the user cannot meet the above conditions, they should consult with the manufacturer.
