Technical Support Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for technical support and customer service of the company’s industrial automation products
- Handle customer technical consultations, fault reports and problem solving
- Participate in on-site commissioning and installation guidance of automation projects
- Responsible for product maintenance, repair and upgrade services
- Write technical support documents and user manuals
- Train customers to use company products and systems
- Collect customer feedback to provide suggestions for product improvement
- Assist the sales team in technical exchanges and product demonstrations
Job Requirements
- Electrical engineering, automation or related major, college degree or above
- More than 2 years of technical support experience in industrial automation products
- Familiar with industrial automation equipment such as PLC, servo systems, frequency converters, etc.
- Good problem-solving ability and technical service awareness
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Able to adapt to frequent business trips
- Good document writing ability
- Those with industrial automation project experience are preferred
