Technical Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for technical support and customer service of the company’s industrial automation products
  2. Handle customer technical consultations, fault reports and problem solving
  3. Participate in on-site commissioning and installation guidance of automation projects
  4. Responsible for product maintenance, repair and upgrade services
  5. Write technical support documents and user manuals
  6. Train customers to use company products and systems
  7. Collect customer feedback to provide suggestions for product improvement
  8. Assist the sales team in technical exchanges and product demonstrations

Job Requirements

  1. Electrical engineering, automation or related major, college degree or above
  2. More than 2 years of technical support experience in industrial automation products
  3. Familiar with industrial automation equipment such as PLC, servo systems, frequency converters, etc.
  4. Good problem-solving ability and technical service awareness
  5. Good communication skills and team spirit
  6. Able to adapt to frequent business trips
  7. Good document writing ability
  8. Those with industrial automation project experience are preferred
