Part-time Technical Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for remote technical support and customer service for the company’s industrial automation products
  2. Handle customer technical consultations, fault reports and problem solving
  3. Provide remote installation guidance and debugging support for products
  4. Write technical support documents and user manuals
  5. Train customers to use company products and systems
  6. Collect customer feedback to provide suggestions for product improvement

Job Requirements

  1. Electrical engineering, automation or related major, college degree or above
  2. More than 3 years of technical support experience in industrial automation products
  3. Familiar with industrial automation equipment such as PLC, servo systems, frequency converters, etc.
  4. Good problem-solving ability and technical service awareness
  5. Good communication skills and team spirit
  6. Able to remotely assist customers in solving technical problems
  7. Good document writing ability
  8. Flexible time, able to respond to customer technical support requests
