Part-time Technical Support Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for remote technical support and customer service for the company’s industrial automation products
- Handle customer technical consultations, fault reports and problem solving
- Provide remote installation guidance and debugging support for products
- Write technical support documents and user manuals
- Train customers to use company products and systems
- Collect customer feedback to provide suggestions for product improvement
Job Requirements
- Electrical engineering, automation or related major, college degree or above
- More than 3 years of technical support experience in industrial automation products
- Familiar with industrial automation equipment such as PLC, servo systems, frequency converters, etc.
- Good problem-solving ability and technical service awareness
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Able to remotely assist customers in solving technical problems
- Good document writing ability
- Flexible time, able to respond to customer technical support requests
