Online Sales Marketer

Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for online sales and online customer development of the company’s industrial automation products
  2. Operate the company’s stores on e-commerce platforms such as Alibaba and JD.com, handling product listing, updating and maintenance
  3. Obtain customer leads through online channels (such as search engines, social media, industry forums, etc.)
  4. Responsible for reception and follow-up of online customer consultations to promote order transactions
  5. Maintain online customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rate
  6. Analyze online sales data, optimize sales strategies and promotion plans
  7. Collaborate with the marketing department to participate in the planning and execution of online marketing activities
  8. Collect online market information to provide suggestions for the company’s products and marketing strategies

Job Requirements

  1. Marketing, e-commerce or related major, college degree or above
  2. More than 2 years of online sales experience in industrial automation or related industries
  3. Familiar with e-commerce platform operation rules and online promotion channels
  4. Good online communication skills and sales skills
  5. Proficient in using office software and online marketing tools
  6. Strong learning ability and team spirit
  7. Those with industrial automation product sales experience are preferred
  8. Able to adapt to occasional business trips
