Online Sales Marketer
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for online sales and online customer development of the company’s industrial automation products
- Operate the company’s stores on e-commerce platforms such as Alibaba and JD.com, handling product listing, updating and maintenance
- Obtain customer leads through online channels (such as search engines, social media, industry forums, etc.)
- Responsible for reception and follow-up of online customer consultations to promote order transactions
- Maintain online customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rate
- Analyze online sales data, optimize sales strategies and promotion plans
- Collaborate with the marketing department to participate in the planning and execution of online marketing activities
- Collect online market information to provide suggestions for the company’s products and marketing strategies
Job Requirements
- Marketing, e-commerce or related major, college degree or above
- More than 2 years of online sales experience in industrial automation or related industries
- Familiar with e-commerce platform operation rules and online promotion channels
- Good online communication skills and sales skills
- Proficient in using office software and online marketing tools
- Strong learning ability and team spirit
- Those with industrial automation product sales experience are preferred
- Able to adapt to occasional business trips
