Foreign Trade Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for international market development of the company’s industrial automation products and high-low voltage complete sets of equipment
  2. Develop international customer resources, establish and maintain international customer relationships
  3. Conduct international market research and analysis, formulate foreign trade sales strategies
  4. Handle international customer inquiries, quotations, order follow-up and after-sales service
  5. Responsible for the execution of international orders, including contract signing, delivery, customs declaration, payment collection, etc.
  6. Participate in international exhibitions, online promotion and other foreign trade marketing activities
  7. Responsible for the production and management of foreign trade documents
  8. Cooperate with production, technical and other departments to ensure smooth delivery of orders

Job Requirements

  1. International trade, English or related major, bachelor degree or above
  2. More than 3 years of foreign trade sales experience in industrial automation or mechanical and electrical products
  3. Strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to communicate independently with foreign customers
  4. Familiar with international trade processes and related regulations
  5. Good communication skills and negotiation skills
  6. Strong market development ability and customer development ability
  7. Familiar with foreign trade platform operations, such as Alibaba International Station, Made-in-China, etc.
  8. Able to adapt to occasional business trips
